These terms govern your use of Dritto. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Dritto.
The service
Dritto sources job postings, filters and scores them against the preferences you set, and helps you generate tailored application materials and interview prep. It is a tool to help you decide and prepare — the decisions, and the applications you submit, are yours.
Eligibility & account
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding agreement. You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is passwordless.
Your content and your responsibility
- You retain ownership of the résumé content, bullets, and other information you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (store it, process it through our AI providers, and render your documents).
- You must review every generated document before you use it. Dritto is instructed never to fabricate, but AI output can contain errors. Submitting a résumé or cover letter is your decision and your representation that it is accurate.
- You confirm you have the right to any data you upload, including any LinkedIn connections export, and that you'll use warm-intro features respectfully and lawfully.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping or overloading it, no attempts to access other users' data, no unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity, and no using it to submit knowingly false information to employers.
AI-generated content
Materials Dritto helps you create are produced with AI based on your inputs. They're drafts for you to review, edit, and stand behind. We make no warranty that any output is error-free or suitable for a given application.
No guarantee of outcomes
Dritto does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Scores and fit estimates are informational aids, not predictions or promises. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers.
Third-party services
Dritto links to and interoperates with third parties (employer application systems, Google, and public job sources). Your use of those is subject to their terms; we're not responsible for them. You apply directly on employers' own sites.
Plans and billing
Dritto has a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Pro pricing is shown to you before you buy, and you are charged only after you confirm at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancelling stops the next charge; your Pro access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data is unaffected. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Dritto, including its software, design, and methodology, is ours. These terms don't grant you rights to our brand or code beyond using the service as intended.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dritto and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to cover claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or others' rights, including in the content you submit to employers.
Termination
You can stop using Dritto and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves and will note the date above; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of Dritto will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
