Dritto

Refund Policy

Effective August 21, 2026

This page explains what you pay for, how to stop paying, and when we give money back. It sits alongside our Terms; where the two overlap, this page governs refunds.

What you're paying for

Dritto Pro unlocks deeper scanning of your job list, more target titles, Package Prep résumés and cover letters, and warm-intro drafts. The free tier remains available and is not time-limited — Pro is an upgrade, not a trial that expires into nothing.

Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time from your billing portal — no email, no retention call, no notice period.
  • Cancelling stops the next charge. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account reverts to free.
  • Your data is untouched by cancelling. Your Bank, résumés and tracker stay exactly where they are.

Refunds

  • First purchase, 14 days. If Dritto isn't for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. You don't have to explain why.
  • Accidental or duplicate charges. Always refunded, whenever you spot them.
  • When we're at fault. If Dritto was materially broken for a meaningful stretch of your billing period — the service down, or its AI features unavailable — tell us and we'll refund or credit that period. We would rather give the money back than argue about it.
  • Renewals. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable, because cancelling is one click and takes effect immediately. If a renewal genuinely caught you out, write to us — we read these individually and we are not looking to keep money from someone who forgot.

What isn't refundable

We don't refund on the basis of outcomes. Dritto does not promise interviews, offers, or employment, and a search that didn't land isn't a defect in the product. We also don't refund periods where the service worked and you simply didn't use it, beyond the first-purchase window above.

How to ask

Email hello@drit.to from the address on your account, and say what you'd like refunded. You don't need a reason or a form. We'll reply within two business days, and an approved refund is returned to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have by law. If you're a consumer in the UK or EU you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days, and consumers elsewhere may have similar protections. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.

Changes

If we change this policy, the version in effect when you paid is the one that applies to that payment.
